Excellent service. We have been going there for years to purchase vehicles and have them serviced. Maria is a pleasure to deal with. This is my 2nd lease car from Lexus of Watertown. I am very impressed with the customer service with both the sales and service departments. I had my first flat tire and didn't know what to do. I contacted the dealership and they told me not to worry and that they will replace the tire for me right away. They have always been very sincere, professional and helpful with all the questions I had with the car. I had the roadside assistant replace the temporary tire for me and went to Lexus of Watertown to get my regular size tire replaced. I was greeted by Eric and another guy at the service area. Both were super nice. Cindy was the service person I was assigned to. She was very nice and professional. She explained to me what would be done to my tire with the diagnostics. I waited in the waiting area for about 40 mins. During that time I had a nice cup of coffee and pastries. By the time I was done, Cindy came to the room to tell me what they did with the tire and that my car was all set. She shook my hand to thank me for the business. I got my car back and it was nicely washed, vacuumed, and the tire was repaired. The service, friendliness, and professionalism were seemless. I'm always glad to brag about my Lexus dealership in Watertown to my friends who drive other brand cars. They definitely envy my dealership experiences. This type of service is rare and this is the reason why I continued my 2nd lease with Lexus of Watertown. My previous dealership with Acura didn't come close to my exceptional experience at Lexus. Maria listen to the problem, keep me up to date of the findings and cost for me to make appropriate decision, as well as, time I could pick up the car. The loaner car Lexus provided was a new hybrid. She walked me to the car and educated on the procedures of shifting, starting etc to ensure I was comfortable. Bottom line they treat each person with top quality customer service. My husband and I truly enjoy the short time we spend together with Chad. We have been coming to the Watertown Lexus dealership since we bought the RX 300 in March of 2001. We have returned to Watertown Lexus for almost all of our service. I tried the one in Norwood but returned to Watertown because of the way I am treated. I feel like a million bucks when I go in there! All of the staff there really go out of their way to make a customer feel welcome. As far as pricing goes, well, it is a Lexus, and they do run well for a very long time. Quality of work has been fine, and when there has been a problem, Chad makes sure it gets resolved completely, correctly, and always to our complete satisfaction.
