He showed an interest in making a connection with us (even with my 14-year-old son) and I would buy another car from him without hesitation. I walked into Lexus Wayzata looking for a hard to find used vehicle that I saw they had on their lot, and had the good fortune to be greeted by John Mac. I don't look like the typical clientele of a high- used vehicle that I saw they had on their lot, and had the good fortune to be greeted by John Mac. I don't look like the typical clientele of a high-end Lexus dealership, but John Mac treated me very well, and took the time to get to know me and my need nonetheless. He was wonderful to work with, made sure I was comfortable through the sales process, and in the end we came to a great deal on a vehicle in fantastic condition that has left me feeling like I really walked away with something that will meet my needs and last me a long time. Do recommend him for your car buying needs, and I'd work with him again anytime. More

It has lost its luxury brand feel. The addition of a 3% up charge for use a credit card for service is cheesy. If you can’t find a way to build in the alleged credit card charges into a $250 oil change, shame on you! I don’t often travel with check blanks and I don’t often carry that amount of cash. To face the up charge is something I might expect from Sam and Ella’s, mom and pop, not at the Lexus dealer. Like, what happened to free coffee? The atmosphere at this dealer has changed in the past several years and not for the better. That fact is reinforced by the number of long time employees gone and replaced with brand new. It’s sad to see. More
