I came in this evening and I can’t remember who helped me but Lexus customer service is always off the charts. I came in for routine service and when I received my car it was nice and clean. Also it’s winter but Lexus customer service is always off the charts. I came in for routine service and when I received my car it was nice and clean. Also it’s winter so there’s lots of salt stains on the floor mats. Came back to the front floor mats clean! I’m so happy and feel very well taken care of. I appreciate the service Lexus.
