"Outstanding service"

Replaced my electronics in my new ES350. Ordered it in and had it available when I was able to return for services. Provided a loaner car without questions. When there for service I was met immediately and greeted in a friendly manner. Service was completed sooner than expected. Had to return because the satellite radio was not synced. Staff very attentive the moment we returned. Issued resolved quickly. Approached several times and asked if we had been helped. Outstanding service!!!!

"Ross always takes such good care of us and our vehicle!"

We have trusted Ross as our service advisor for over 20 years. Even though we live in Walker now, we always come back to the Cities for service. This trip I accidently left one of my dresses in the vehicle that was being serviced and team retrieved it so that I could wear it to a business meeting the next day. Also the woman who checked us out was just super, very friendly and even had them load my luggage into the car when I picked it up.

"Exceptional Services"

For the past twenty years I have owned nothing but Lexus vehicles. I absolutely love my LS 460 - for sure the best car I have ever owned. While I am enticed by other manufacturers I always return to Lexus because their service is exceptional. I have never been disappointed. Last week I had a flat tire on the way to work. I was near the dealership. They immediately came and got me and got the car in right away, fixed the tire, and I was on my way. I have worked with Tom Bennett for over ten years and he ALWAYS delivers. Best dealership in the Twin Cities in my opinion.

"Failing alternator "

When a service light came on I contacted Doug and he got me in for service right away. On the drive to the service center my car died (within a quarter mile), I contacted Doug and he helped me get the car into the dealership right away. While identifying it was the Alternator, service also found my battery was leaking. Doug checked and confirmed my battery was under Warranty and had it replaced. As always Doug was a pleasure to work with and made the experience smooth.

"Nice people, troubled processes"

Super nice people, but some real problems with communication between departments. Parts were to be replaced ... supposed to be in inventory, but weren’t - ordered & supposed to arrive and didn’t - ordered again, wrong part number & didn’t arrive - tire rotated incorrectly and caused “rubbing”. Each of these poorly communicated internally and caused be a trip to dealership 25+ miles away. Almost 3 weeks of back-and-forth. Very time consuming and frustrating. Again, folks at dealership very kind and nice, but LOTS of internal communication issues that caused serious delays and many, many unnecessary trips.
