I made an appointment 10 days ago to purchase a fob for my car. When I got there, after one hour I am told that they didn’t order the part. I felt that they wasted my 90 minutes. Regrettably, this was no my car. When I got there, after one hour I am told that they didn’t order the part. I felt that they wasted my 90 minutes. Regrettably, this was not good. Eventually, I am forced to make another appointment week after. Ryan was not pleased either. More
From the moment I took delivery of my brand new Lexus TX350 in September 2025, this vehicle has had nothing but problems, and my experience with Lexus of Wayzata has been equally disappointing. There TX350 in September 2025, this vehicle has had nothing but problems, and my experience with Lexus of Wayzata has been equally disappointing. There is a significant level of noise and instability coming from what appears to be faulty suspension or loose componentry. This is not subtle, it is persistent, noticeable at speed, and completely inconsistent with what anyone should expect from a new Lexus. The vehicle does not feel solid or properly assembled, and the noise strongly suggests underlying mechanical issues that have yet to be properly diagnosed or resolved. Despite multiple visits to Lexus of Wayzata, these concerns remain unaddressed. There has been no meaningful progress, no clear diagnosis, and no accountability. Instead, I have dealt with repeated scheduling issues, confusion around loaner vehicles or transportation, and instances where the car was not worked on at all. On more than one occasion, I was left waiting for hours and ultimately had to arrange my own transportation. More
Brian was my service advisor. He was great. We had great communication and my service was the best I’ve ever had in the last 15 years!! He was great. We had great communication and my service was the best I’ve ever had in the last 15 years!! More
I was notified multiple times that I was overdue for my first service. After scheduling this and arriving for the appointment, I was then told by a staff member that I was multiple months early for this v first service. After scheduling this and arriving for the appointment, I was then told by a staff member that I was multiple months early for this visit and nothing was required at this time, and that he has no idea why I have been notified multiple times to schedule a maintenance appointment. In the meantime, I have also received multiple messages from another Lexus dealership in this area that I have never had a relation with, that I am still overdue for a maintenance visit and that I need to schedule. This is an unacceptable level of dysfunction, especially for a brand at this price point. More
