Staff very professional and serve minded. Receiving the loaner car was a bit of a wait, but it was a fun experience to try out their newer models. Honestly, for the 1st time in a long time, the recall experience was not bad! I’d like to thank the gm for finding the loaner car and Ali for his top notch service. Also I would like to see if you guys could start going paperless. Receiving vehicle service paperwork would be best served through the Lexus app or via email.
