It’s a love hate relationship here. It’s great to wait at dealership or get a rental. But it is not worth the agony. I had a car sold from underneath me, service failing before it should, games played with dealership or get a rental. But it is not worth the agony. I had a car sold from underneath me, service failing before it should, games played with service ands costs. I was here last week to have a water pump looked at that failed early. I was told by another mechanic, he wasn’t sure if Lexus ever replaced before. Sales person told me they were going to replace for free, but didn’t. I was also told I needed another $6000 of work done. I was told I have had bad luck with dealership by sales person. I am planning a buying a new Lexus within the year, it will not be from here. Go somewhere else More
