Technology made the process of signing all the necessary documents much less painful. We brought our car to Lexus for a second opinion. We were very impressed with Jacob Rocha ( service ) . He took the time to get pictures to show us where the leaks were and explain everything. We would give him a 5 star plus . We also talked to Tyler Peck ( sales ) . We were thinking it was time to replace the car and asked about a used Lexus RX . They had a used 2015 on the lot . After some thought we decided it was time to turn our 2009 Lexus in . Tyler was wonderful with the sales process . Once the paperwork was done , he took the time to go over everything on the car . We would highly recommend Tyler Peck also and give him a 5 star plus . The financial aspect ( signing papers ) was done with Chad . He made the process very easy . We can highly recommend Lexus Westley Chapel ( service and sales ) . More
