Bill was the friendliest, personable salesperson I could have asked for. The only downfall from my perspective is that was overshadowed by the amount of time I had to spend in order to purchase. I arrived at the dealership at around 9 am, only test drove 1 vehicle because that was the vehicle I knew I wanted, and had to leave and come back to the dealership due to a previous engagement because all of the paperwork wasn't finished. Ultimately, I arrived at 9 am, left the first time at 1pm, came back at 5pm and ended up not leaving with my purchased vehicle until 8 pm that night. I think it's a bit ridiculous that it takes 8 hours in all to purchase a car and it's never taken that long at any other company. More

As a matter of fact, we were so pleasantly satisfied with the efficiency of our purchase that we called him six weeks after our Lexus purchase and traded in our second car for a used vehicle that we found in their beautifully restored climate-controlled used car facility.
