They picked my car, gave me loaner. I was concerned about brake pads but they checked and found they were safe for another 6 months. Charged me nothing. On an earlier call I wanted my 2013 RX350 AWD spark plugs replaced at 100K miles, but service manager told me it’s at 120K for our SUV. I like service manager Rob’s customer focus and honesty. I will definitely go to Koons for my car’s service needs and recommend it to my friends. More
