Hi Rob I would like to say that more communication with your staff as far as the maintenance of your car goes because I got there at 3:30 and did not get out of there until 730 at night because there was n your staff as far as the maintenance of your car goes because I got there at 3:30 and did not get out of there until 730 at night because there was no communication. when my husband got up to go and speak to one of the representatives all of a sudden he was like oh you can pay for your car now and it'll be a little while longer for your car so once we paid him right then and there the car appeared magically out of nowhere and this was very disturbing to me. it made me feel like Lexus Maintenance intake representatives didn't make me feel like a priority. These are the people that when you first bring your car in you get out of your car and you go sit in the chairs and you wait for someone to see you and take you information about your car and then have you go sit in the waiting room well I felt like I was not a priority and I also felt like I shouldn't of had to pay out of pocket for the brake service that I got because I felt like it was in my contract part of my free service that I was still getting I had not had my car for a year yet. And I don't mind paying but I did feel kind of used and taken advantage of. But outside of the nonsense I still like Lexus.
