If I could give zero stars, I would. We had agreed on a deal, a buyers order was SIGNED and sent to me by Chris (sales manager) and I secured financing through my credit union with chec We had agreed on a deal, a buyers order was SIGNED and sent to me by Chris (sales manager) and I secured financing through my credit union with check in hand. At the last second, I received a call from Erik (salesman) that the vehicle now has a deposit on it and they will let me know if the deal falls through…even though they signed the contract, and I did my part to get a check (I was never asked to place a deposit because the signed contract would suffice I was told). From day one, this dealership and its employees including Chris, Hadi, and Erik, were extremely unprofessional, misleading, and shady. Granted, they work at a car dealership so I already know they don’t have a conscious, but the degree of “we don’t give a darn about you” attitude is shocking especially considering the Lexus label. However, this was by far the worst treatment of my extensive car buying experiences and that’s saying something. Be very cautious of the fraudulent, misleading, unprofessional tactics this dealership uses. More
