When I returned I set up a technology visit in which Jesus went over all the features of the car and answered all my questions. He was quite knowledgeable about the tech aspects of this new 2022 Lexus NX model. He also has stayed in touch after the purchase. I also had dealings with Andrew who handled the lease paperwork and he was very nice to interact with when signing the electronic forms. Leigh Encarnacion was also a pleasure to meet and introduced herself in case of any issues that I would need to contact her at the agency. i love the car and had a very positive experience at Koons Lexus.
