A nice, polite gentleman from the dealership picked up my car for service. Then my service adviser, Danielle kept me informed about the needed repairs throughout the day and explained the costs. Danielle was very professionally, friendly and helpful. She made sure my car was returned to me promptly since a big snowstorm was set to hit the very next day. Another nice polite gentleman returned my car. The whole experience was wonderful! I especially appreciate the valet service since I live two hours. I highly recommend the entire Wilmington Lexus service department. More
