Unfortunately we experienced the opinion most hold about car salesman to the fullest extent. Our son went to Koons Lexus independently to purchase his first used vehicle after graduating college. He was new car salesman to the fullest extent. Our son went to Koons Lexus independently to purchase his first used vehicle after graduating college. He was new to the dealership car buying experience and made the salesman as well as used car manager aware of this when considering the Lexus CT200h. They took full advantage of that fact and misled him into signing up for the platinum extended warranty along with tire/wheel coverage telling him everything would be covered. They also had the audacity to charge $600 in processing fee and pressured him to sign the contract and finance the vehicle through the dealership. We had planned on purchasing the vehicle outright. "Captain" Kirk and Andrew Greene went above and beyond, not in a good way. He also shared with them that I am currently in the market of purchasing a new vehicle, certainly won't be looking to purchase from Koons Lexus after this experience. More
