You enter your car info TrueCar has a service that will make an offer on your vehicle if you want to sell it. I have used this service several times. You enter your car information and TrueCar will give you an offer, and one or more dealers will take that car and buy it. The deal between TrueCar and the Dealer is that if the dealer doesn't sell the car in 30 days, TrueCar will buy the car from the dealer at the quoted price they paid. I used this service recently to sell my Corvette. An offer from TrueCar came in, and Koons Lexus was one of the dealerships that I could bring the car to, which I did. As soon as I got to Lexus, Andy started telling me how he wouldn't be able to match the Truecar quote. It had nothing to do with the vehicle condition. They never had any intention honoring the deal. What a waste of time. I've lived a half a mile away from the Wilmington Auto Mall my whole life and I bought about 40 cars and never once have any of the dealerships in Wilmington behaved honorably. I filed a complaint with TrueCar. I'm leaving this review for whatever good that will do. More

We spoke with Dan Hayes ahead of time because we were interested in a 2017 ES350. We had a two hour drive to the dealership. From the time we walked into Koons, we were treated with respect. James White was great in the finance department. Cody was very helpful when it came to addressing the technology. (Still have lots to learn!) Was very impressed that Leigh talked with us while we were waiting for the car to be turned over to us. She went out of her way to make sure we removed all things from our trade in car and that we had what we needed before driving off! It was a long day but was a pleasure to work with these wonderful people. More
