I have always drove a Lexus and I had only had wonderful car buying experiences and I always loved my car. Hadi Davoudi, Finance Director made me feel like I was at a buy here, pay here operation not a Lex car buying experiences and I always loved my car. Hadi Davoudi, Finance Director made me feel like I was at a buy here, pay here operation not a Lexus Dealership. He lied to me about the service contract and even after I called Lexus warranty and confronted him with the truth he continued to lie. I had to call Corporate in order to get a repair done to my car in a timely manner. The only saving grace was Leigh, Customer Relations Mgr. She was wonderful and did everything she could to help me. Also, Rob in service was great to work with. Donna Griffith, Salesperson was nice when she sold me the car but after that she brushed me off and would not return my calls. When I did talk to her she told me some nonsense. I am a 62 year old women and I feel like I was treated like I was some dumb kid. I hate the car. More
The dealership is good but probably suffering at the moment from staff shortages due to Covid. I bought a new NX300 from them and their were issues with the delivery. She is the easiest person to work with and is truly an asset to the Koons organization. I have confidence when speaking to her. Well done. More

Leigh is a rockstar. She spent countless hours addressing issues created by others in the dealership. She deserves a cut of their pay/a raise. Erik, my sales person was conscientious and knowled addressing issues created by others in the dealership. She deserves a cut of their pay/a raise. Erik, my sales person was conscientious and knowledgable. Joe, the general manager is knowledgeable and compassionate. The three of them are shining examples of customer service and brand representation, but should not have to back pedal and cover for continuous errors on the part of staff. Go with your own fianancing. Because of an error the finance person made, I had two loans on my vehicle and did not know until the second bank sent me a welcome letter. The finance person never notified me of the error and when confronted, said that he'd called to have it flat cancelled immediately after the paperwork was transmitted, but the bank had no record of that call, only a record of a call one week later asking where the funds were for the vehicle. It took almost THREE MONTHS to rectify and the amount of buck passing involved was ridiculous. While the finance person said he accepted responsibility, he was rude, arrogant, and seemed to have needed to have his hand forced to reach out to the bank to get this resolved, saying "I don't know why you are upset. It is good for your credit to have the loan and have it paid in full". Sorry, I don't agree. Two loans for the same thing just looks irresponsible to me. I hope the good faith check the GM sent came out of the finance person's pay. Recall work was necessary, and I had to keep calling to get an update on the part availability. Some additional polishing/buffing was required to finish removing residue from a pinstripe that was removed. My car was supposed to be returned to me on a certain day. I got a text around 1 pm, saying it would be leaving as soon as the driver returned. I sent a text two hours later asking for an update, and received no response. Another two hours and another text and I was told it would be leaving the NEXT morning after nine AM. When it arrived I was deeply disappointed as it looked worse than when I brought it for the work. The in house "detail" or body work people made a mess out of the finish of my car (think silver haired medusa in twilight sky) and made it necessary for a third party body shop to repair the damage done. I got a great car at a great price, but the hassle of it all was completely unnecessary. Leigh was the saving grace in all of this. Had she not been there to intervene and help navigate the process to "get things right", the vehicle would have been returned to them and I'd have had to select something else. Leigh was a rockstar. Her attention to detail is admirable. I'd work with her again, I'd work with Erik and the GM again, but doubt, based on the over all experience, that I'd return to do business again. More
I would like to say, thank you very much to Patty McCrea for being so customer service oriented. She actually went out of her way to find a parking spot for me and then parked my truck, while I waited insid for being so customer service oriented. Erik Ozoria was a great salesperson, he is very knowledgeable with the product and his customer service went above and beyond. A special thank you goes out to Kim, the general sales manager, who went out of her way to make sure I got a great deal and my wife got the vehicle she wanted. I wanted to make sure these people got the recognition they deserve. I work at another car dealership and this was a great experience. Happy Wife Happy Life!!!! More

Lack of Transparency from Sales Team To start, I requested the spec sheet from the vehicle I was interested in and had to wait several days along with making several requests. Rather than sending me the spec sheet they started requesting information about my trade-in vehicle. After negotiating with 2-3 people I decided to commit to the vehicle. Once at the dealership, I was never given a proper walk-through of the vehicle I was about to purchase. Instead, they sat me in their office for 2-3 hours waiting. After completing the finance portion of the deal and driving away with my new vehicle I arrived home and did my own walk-through only to find that the vehicle I was given was not the same vehicle that was advertised online. Although I understand both parties are at fault I do believe blame falls more on the side of the dealership for not doing more to make the purchaser aware of what they were buying. All in all, I probably will never purchase from this dealership again. I hope you reconsider your decision to do business with this dealership and review everything before making your purchase. More
