Fantastic Car Buying Experience I called Koons Lexus and spoke to Doug Horst about the possibility of getting me into a 2018 ES 350. I preferred to talk on the phone at that point b I called Koons Lexus and spoke to Doug Horst about the possibility of getting me into a 2018 ES 350. I preferred to talk on the phone at that point because I wasn’t sure if I could afford to get this car. After telling Doug what I'd be willing to do he told me he would get right to work on the numbers and let me know if we could make a deal. Doug worked with Kim, sales manager, on the deal. I went to the dealership to look at the possible color combinations. I met with Doug and he let me know a deal was very doable. At that I picked out the car I wanted. Doug and Kim put the paperwork together and my car went into the detail area to get it ready for delivery. Things progressed quickly and just like that I was sitting in the car with Drew, Technology Specialist, learning about so many features the car offered. Many thanks Drew, for going over all the bells and whistles on the car. I have to hand it to him, he knows his stuff! And Kimberly Becker, receptionist, such a nice lady. If you find yourself in the market for a new, or used, Lexus, please ask for Doug. You'll find he is intelligent, personable and funny as well. I honestly believe that he will do his best to help you get the car/SUV you want and a deal you'll be happy with. Exceptional Sales and Service We purchased a certified pre-owned RX-350 from Koons. After reading excellent reviews we drove 90 miles from NJ to Wilmington DE to find the exact match. The pricing was rock bottom and left not much room for negotiation. We received fair value on the C300 trade. But we had to haggle a little bit for the trade in. But thanks to Bob and Andrew who made this deal happen. Bob was with us until 8 pm that evening and did not leave until the vehicle was delivered to us. After receiving the vehicle we noticed an issue with the brakes. Leigh from customer relations was very helpful and made an appointment with Anthony in service. Walt the master tech was exceptional. Koons replaced the front brake pads for us free of charge. We truly appreciate the patronage of Koons and how much they care for their customers. My best wishes to the Koons Team. I look forward towards a continuous business relationship. More
