OUTSTANDING SERVICE DOUG HORST I found a car advertised by Koons Lexus online. Discussions with Doug Horst resulted in a thorough and accurate description of the car, and me having every question answered. I flew from North Carolina to get the car and Doug picked us up at the airport. The car was even better than i anticipated, and all the paperwork including that needed for a North Carolina title was ready. The experience could not have been better, nor could the price. If you are looking for a car buying experience that isn't upfront, is pushy, and full of surprises avoid Koons and Doug at all costs. I was skeptical that I may not be approve due to Purchasing my Lexus from Koons Lexus dealer was the best experience I ever had when purchasing a car. I was skeptical that I may not be approve due to my credit not being in the best shape, but they were able to get me a pretty good and fair interest rate. I purchased a used ES350....and their price & milage of the vechile was way lower than any other Lexus dealerships. My car drives so smooth as if I brought it brand new. To top of my purchase, Koons presented me and my husband with some cool gifts. I purchased my prior Lexus from Wilkie Lexus, and that experience does not even compare to Koons Lexus....Koons is definitely my preferred choice when purchasing a car. More

This is my 3rd Lexus, but 1st at this dealership and Doug was super responsive, courteous, patient and very, very thorough. His expertise of the Lexus line of vehicles is superior and he answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Drew as well was very courteous and professional in providing me necessary financial information and options which was very helpful to me, all without the usual pressure. Doug is thoroughly knowledgeable of the Lexus brand as well as the hybrid model. In fact, he drives a Lexus Hybrid himself. Being a novice in the hybrid arena, I had a lot of questions for him and he answered them all to my complete satisfaction. Doug was a real pleasure to work with and never once did I feel any pressure to make a decision. I would rank him as the best sales consultant I have ever worked with, and that covers a lot of automobile purchases. I felt like I was working with a friend through the entire transaction. Doug's other team members that I worked with, Drew Greene, Business Manager and Matt Stern of the Technology group, are also very competent people who know their ends of the business very well.
