Service check My visit today was to determine if there was an issue with one of the drive belts because of a noise while the car was idling, which there wasn't! They take time and patience to explain the entire process. They are friendly. Best parts, their test drive felt like I was in commercial - awesome feeling - they don't make you ride in a shape of box on the same parking lot but let you drive and feel on the real roads. Another great thing that is unheard of is - they drive up to 2 hours from their dealership to pick up and drop off car for servicing - how cool is that!!!. Buying a car should be an experience and they do everything to make you feel that way. I bout my used Rx before and new NX and both times, the experience was and is surprisingly very pleasant. More
