Since 2012 Rob Payson has been my service advisor of choice when he's available. As always, Rob makes my service experience pleasant. He did again on my last visit. Since the dealership has changed hands however, there seems to be less perks and more hoops to jump through. For instance, getting a loaner was much easier and they were more available than now.
