Everyone we dealt was friendly and oriented toward making your purchase as pleasant an experience as possible. In particular I would like to say that Baoliang Pan was the best sales specialist I have dealt with in purchasing a car. He was polite, helpful, and very oriented to our needs and objectives. And, when considering the purchase of a car, the credibility of the sales specialist is very important and we were completely comfortable with Mr Pan. My RX350 I went to the Lexus dealer to buy a RX350. I was approach by a great,professional, and knowledgable man name Baoliang Pan. He listen to what I wanted in the car and got right to work with showing me alllllll the car. I test drove the car and had million of questions and boy was he on target. The next thing I know I am driving my new RX350 year 2015. The best part was he went over everything in the car that I needed to learn. He was patient, soft spoken,because i kept interrupting him and he had no problem explaining it to me more than once. I left the car dealer feeling like I had owned this car for 20 years. We found just the perfect one at Lexus of Orlando (2008 Honda Odyssey) but I was honestly apprehensive about going to a dealership because we have had negative experiences in the past with other dealers. Jorge was our sales person and really made it a fun, laid back time. We knew what we wanted and were in and out in about 2 hours...a record for us! The salesman Jorge was great, as was the service manager and the nice man that helped us with financing that morning. When it was time for us to pick up the car, we were greeted with a "Congratulations" sign and a pack of bottled water in the back of the van. Someday, when I'm ready for a non-mom vehicle, I would love to return for a sporty little Lexus! I would do business with them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!! More
