After listening to me talk about what I was interested in, we took a walk to the lot where we found the exact ES 350 I wanted. We immediately went on a great test drive where all my questions were answered. From that point on Sergio took me through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Everything was very painless, which in my experience is very rare when purchasing a car. The delivery of the car was great and made my wife and I feel like valued customers. I also want to mention that Steve (Sales Manager) and Antonio (Finance) were great and helped facilitate a very smooth purchase experience. The service department followed up with me the next day to schedule the installation of some extras I purchased as promised. All in all the best car purchase experience I have ever had. More

Lorraine, If one should look in the dictionary at the definition of customer service, one would find your picture there and I say with no reservations, you far exceeded any expectations I may have had about a vehicle purchase. Hard to imagine, but you actually made the entire process very, very enjoyable and that says a lot considering the overhanging view of the industry you are in. You might want to consider becoming the mentor and trainer to everyone in the industry as to how the vehicle procurement process can be. My third leasing experience at Lexus of Winter Park We received a notice of an offer of an early termination of our lease. We took advantage of the notice and went to Lexus of Winter Park on June 19. We were greeted by Product Specialist Charles Ream. We expressed a desire to take advantage of the the offer! We knew we wanted another RX350 were given a tour of available vehicles mainly to check out the colors. We decided on a RX 350 Matador red in color. We went for a test run, returned and signed the papers utilizing the latest technology on Robert Froberg's desk. The technology on the vehicle seems complicated and we have contacted Charles on three occasions for assistance in mastering the technical aspects of the vehicle. Charles seems to be always available to answer any question concerning this vehicle. Long ways from the 50's when the salesman greeting you at the door would, take out a pack of Camels tap the bottom to pop one up and simply saying "Cigarette" We are extremely happy customers!!!! .
