He’s very honest and upfront.Such a kind gentleman, we ended up purchasing a Lexus and I’ll definitely refer our friends and family to this dealership. We are from out of town and it was well worth the drive. :) Everett ( finance manager) was also very informative and so helpful! The only person we weren’t extremely fond of was Ray ( 2nd part of purchasing process) however every other step of the purchase went smoothly and efficiently. More

This was my second time at Lexus of Winter Park personally leasing a car, and Charles and his sales manager, David Land, definitely surpassed my expectations and blew my previous experience at the dealership out of the water. They both helped to make a stressful situation into a special one. They even went a step further by personalizing my experience with a congratulations sign and a big red bow on my car once it was time to drive it home. Great Experience I am from out of town and inquired about a used vehicle in high demand. Charles worked with me over the phone to make sure I didn’t lose out on the ca I am from out of town and inquired about a used vehicle in high demand. Charles worked with me over the phone to make sure I didn’t lose out on the car. He set the car aside and gave me his word that it was mine. I made the 3.5 hour trip and he even picked me up at the airport after dropping off the rental!! The paper work was ready and I was on my way back home in no time. Beware,Don’t buy a used vehicle from this dealer We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in hopes of having a quality inspected vehicle that was priced at a good deal, which we were told “was in We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in hopes of having a quality inspected vehicle that was priced at a good deal, which we were told “was inspected” Well wrong, vehicle starts having mechanical problems only a few weeks we take it to another dealer for inspection. The outcome $4700 in repairs that are needed. Call Lexus where we purchased they will do nothing but said take it somewhere else and sell it. They did not even attempt to look at the vehicle to fix the issue. We paid $20,000 cash for this vehicle having a 6month old baby and this being a daily driver. I’m highly frustrated with this dealership.! I will never purchase or recommend this dealer to anyone. Terrible way to conduct business and very unprofessional response. More
