The GOAT I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Lexus of Winter Park. At the end of the test drive he took us to the Service department and showed us how great it would to be a first time Lexus owner, ( we look forward to experiencing the massage chairs and different amenities they offer) as well as the first class service that they offer. We then met with the sales manager, Omar and the negotiation process was effortless and simple. We shopped around and had a price set that we needed to be at, and Omar reached that price without all on the back and forth non-sense that you have to go through at most dealerships. Our finance manager Everett was great as well, low pressured and offered great products that would actually benefit us in our first lease. When we got out of finance we were greeted by Sergio and our new vehicle was a big red bow on it. He gave us a true red carpet treatment. They were even closed already and he still spent an extra 30 minutes going over all of the features and making sure that we knew everything there was to know about it. From start to finish this dealership is truly exceptional and we look forward to purchasing our next Lexus from Sergio and his team at Lexus of Winter Park! More

After speaking with our trusted local mechanic who services two Camry's for us we decided to look at Lexus. We chose a 350 ES model with the Navigation package. Our sales person, Baoling Pan (Pan), had a delightful and informed style that was low pressure or no pressure. He was interested in answering our questions and providing solutions (the car we wanted was at the sister dealership (Lexus of Orlando). We went from test drive to delivery in four days. It was a great experience both at the dealership level and at the sales level. More

Stay Clear of Dion! My car was involved in an accident so I had to buy a new vehicle. The first place I looked was the Lexus dealership in Winter Park. Unfortunately - the salesperson that I encountered was Dion. Once he found out I was replacing a (fully loaded) Ford Edge - he (wrongly) ASSUMED we could not afford a Lexus! Keep in mind we drove up in a Mercedes! He would not show us any of the features of the SUV (literally told us to look up the specs and reviews in Consumer Report) and then - the biggest insult of all - asked if this "was even in our price range??!!!" I have never been so insulted by a car salesman! Don't judge people when they walk in Dion! Needless to say - I looked elsewhere and purchased a brand new luxury car - that I not only could afford......I paid in cash! You lost a sale Dion! More
