Question of Integrity, Disrespect and Unethical treatment Sunday, February 10, 2018 my husband and I went to take a look at the 2015 Lexus GS350 F Sport that was on the Lexus of Winter Park website. Upon arr Sunday, February 10, 2018 my husband and I went to take a look at the 2015 Lexus GS350 F Sport that was on the Lexus of Winter Park website. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and courteous sales man that let us test drive the vehicle. My husband and I were sold on the 2015 GS350 immediately. We proceeded inside to ask a few questions regarding the vehicle and find out more financing information. That is when we met Omar the finance manager. He ask us if we had a vehicle to trade and if we had the trade-in with us but we did not. I then let Omar know all about my vehicle disclosing the mileage, service record, the flacked paint from the Orlando humidity to the small dent from hitting my garage door one day. He then ran the numbers and came back with a number he would give me for my vehicle unseen which I accepted. We asked about financing options and I filled out the credit app online getting approved within seconds. The next day I spoke to the Sales guy that helped us and asked if all the paperwork was in order for me and I would be over directly after work with my trade-in to sign the dotted line. Once there, all I needed to do was sign and pick up my new vehicle, or so I thought. I met with a different finance manager, Steve Wofford who proceeded to tell me that he was NOT giving me what was Omar previously negotiated only to find out the amount he was going to offer me was MUCH MUCH MUCH less. Not only was Steve Wofford insulting but was very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL and ARROGANT. Even the Sales person was in shock from what Steve Wofford offered me. I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with Lexus of Winter Park and Steve Wofford and will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
