No help and doesn't care After 3 years of phone calls to this person in regard to a Lexus dash replacement notification, I decided to go in and personally speak to Kevin. He told me I should just "trade it in for a new one", at which time I'm sure they would miraculously have one available to put on the car to resell. Tracy was no help either. I called another dealer and they got me right in and replaced my dash! I will make sure to warn all my friends to avoid this dealership! More

Test drive and numbers discussion was as low pressure as one could get. Atmosphere was relaxed and Sergio was polite and punctual with info. Not once did we feel pressured or like we were wasting our time 'haggling'. Based on this experience I would recommend this dealership and Sergio to anyone. More
