I was impressed how I was greeted by Iris when pulling into the service department. At my 6 month and 12 month service, I scheduled with William Tijerina because of his great customer reviews. William truly lives up to his reviews. He really knows a great customer experience. William is very friendly and positive. He took care of my concerns. I will request William every time I am due for service. I am happy that his Cubs finally won the World Series last year. Thanks again William. More
