Not only am I up to date as to everything that is going on with the service on my vehicle from the websit showing real time status. Jose keeps me up to date personally checking in on me and letting me know when it will be ready. Jose quoted and supported me with potential tires taking the time to discuss the benefits of each tire looked at as well a costs and best recommendations. Working with Jose at the service center is great because I do not worry about the quality of the service I will revive or the status of my vehicle or the quality of the msitirnce. They offer a waiting room that is far off from a traditional waiting room with the many utilities one requires to still be fully functional with work, as well as relaxation. I have been taking my cars to the Lexus of Orlando for years and plan to continue to take my vehicles here. More
