But for the 5 years that I have owned my Lexus RX350, my expectations have been exceeded every time I have my vehicle serviced. Lyndon Walsh was assigned to me after my relationship got off to a rough start. From that time on, my trust in dealership service departments has increased 100-fold. Lyndon has never made a promise to me that he hasn't fulfilled. While I have had very few problems with my vehicle...the few that I did have were resolved to my complete satisfaction. During my last servicing, Lyndon arranged for a meeting in the new car show room to coincide with the pickup time of my RX 350. I took a ride in the NX and will be purchasing one from my wife.
