Great People, Great Service. Great Experience. Charles Ream was a 10 in every category. Excellent service with respect and professionalism. Walked in a couple months ago and drove a car - nice but Charles Ream was a 10 in every category. Excellent service with respect and professionalism. Walked in a couple months ago and drove a car - nice but not exactly what I wanted. I explained to Charles what was important to me and asked him to keep an eye out. He did just that, keeping in touch to let me know he was working on it, but did not try to finagle me into something I didn't want. When the right car arrived, the deal was quick and painless and very fair. Kudos to Fred in financing as well. Happy to do business with such a top-notch organization. More

Service Dept Stinks Worst Service Department I have ever seen in 30 years of driving. Booked up two weeks in advance and will not take your car in even when it is not run Worst Service Department I have ever seen in 30 years of driving. Booked up two weeks in advance and will not take your car in even when it is not running correctly. NO EXCEPTIONS I was told. If your car is broken down, make an appointment and wait two weeks to have it checked. Scary as xxxx. Never heard of that before with any other dealership. Avoid this place like the plague. My car had a noise coming from the alternator, which could mean imminent failure. We were turned away from the Service Department and told to make an appointment online. And they are fully booked, a week out or more. Pathetic. More
