I wanted to get something fixed- also asked them to look at something else with the steering- total estimate was about $3700 as usual I took it to Firestone, got the whole problem solve for $900- they explained to me if I fixed the one thing it would fix the other with the steering- I also had gone to Lexus two weeks before to look at buying one or two cars- my salesman who was also nice and had a nice smile had no business card- I think that is standard for Lexus now they don't want you to have a card. I met the manager he was nice enough I don't recall his name. I've had several people follow up with me by email and text no one likes to talk on the phone anymore, I told them and communicated to each one of those people that I'm interested in a car that Lexus has but I like to speak to the manager that I met- I left that manager two messages to call me- I get nothing- I ended up buying an infinity and am still looking for that second car. More

I had pre-approval, was very specific and told him exactly what he needs to do (without running my credit one more time), he did everything his way, he did his own credit app even when he assured me that this won't happen...!!! After couple trials to resolve this issue - nothing happen, even no apologies!!! More

It all makes sense in a way, I myself, rarely post any reviews when I am happy about the product and the service, buying experience, etc... OTOH, if something goes wrong in the process, the first thing I do is go to the internet and start slinging dirt and slamming companies with bad reviews. That said, I am only one person, but I have bought two cars from this dealer and both times was treated pretty darn good and very fairly. Last time in I dealt with Kenny and Fred. They have some sick deals on pre-owned, and Lexus certified pre owned. The internet pricing is posted right on line, they played no games whatsoever, and even went to their own online website to pull prices. No haggling, no drama. Sure, I had a car I picked from their online stock that I had an appointment to test drive, I hated the car. So what??? They carefully talked with me about exactly what I was looking for, and my budget. The next car they recommended for me was a freakin' dream machine, and the price was crazy cheap. A very positive experience overall. More

Best Lexus Dealer in North Central Florida Salesman was truly and expert on the RX 350, knew it inside and out. Didn't just give us the keys to the demo and let us drive it around, he showed us what the vehicle was all about, all the features, how they worked and how to access them. On as electronic as these vehicles are, his knowledge gave us the comfort that we could manage it. The finance folks were low key and helpful, trying to make sure we got what we wanted, not what they were selling. Finally, the service department is head and shoulders above anything I've experienced. State of the art facility with techs that really know their business and are intent on keeping yours. Loaner car program is seamless with service. We had some new car service requiring 3-4 hours and were given a loaner car that permitted us to visit friends and return the car the next afternoon. Have compared experiences with friends who bought elsewhere, no comparison. More

I drive a Lexus 350 GS touring sedan. The dashboard lights flicker, and go out, and the truck won't open. I've even had a door lock issue, where the doors don't lock! I'm frustrated and was told to call and never turn off the car if it should happen yet again. Can't someone please track it back to JAPAN the headquarters? Get an answer? I've owned over 8 Lexus high end models. Lexington service center, said, "Change the motors that are relevant to the electrical components". Lexus of Orlando said, " They changed the trunk motor once." I guess that is enough! I only paid $86,000.00 in 2008 for the xxxx thing. Go figure! Will buy an Audi next time, Unless I move back to KY, where they really care about service. They don't go above and beyond in Orlando. Maybe Melbourne is the next best place for service? More

I was gone about 1 hour and when i returned i noticed my vehicle was still in the same spot as when i left. i found Victor and voiced my concerns about nothing being done. Victor immediately jumped on the situation and got my vehicle in to service, and i was out the door 2 hours later. Great response to a situation that was not of his making. I should have been more clear with him when i came into the dealership. This is my second time in to the dealership (my first Lexus) and Victor has been terrific both times. He has explained everything that is going to be done on the vehicle, so that i am not left in the dark. Terrific guy and a credit to the dealership! More
