The reason I think and speak so highly of this your dealership is for your service. You have some of the best service people I have dealt with in my entire life. Lyndon Walsh is absolutely hands down the most thorough and honest service manager I know. He listens to my concerns about what is going on with my car and understands my circumstances. It would be a very difficult for me if Lyndon Walsh was not there for me to work with. He is a superstar!! More

Wonderful sales I had a great experience with Lexus of Orlando. Lisa, my internet sales person was the best. She was very patient and answered all my questions. And Debbie from the dealership was awesome as well. The only dissapointment was I couldn't get the bonus gift card they offered online because evidently the only way to get the gift card was to schedule a test drive through the website and not a sales representative. That was a bit confusing. Otherwise, the whole experience of purchasing a new car was the best. More
Good buying experience until I called back with car problem Purchased a CPO from this dealership (Lexus of Orlando). Flew in from Atlanta, GA and drove it back home that same night. The car has a tire vibration and the brakes whistle. I called the salesman the very next morning. My local Lexus dealership diagnosed bad rotors and tires. Lexus of Orlando ( Chris Yurocko/Dan Warren ) will not honor my Lexus Of Greenville's diagnostic saying the dealer is lying to me just trying to sell me service. Instead of working this issue with my local dealership they conveniently offer for me to "drive the car 7 hours back to them(in Florida) so they can look at it". The repair quote is $1,700+. A car that I just bought "CPO" from them with less than 21K miles. Clearly the CPO inspection wasn't done correctly. Now the dealership does not want to take responsibility for it. I have owned 3 previous Lexus CPOs. I love Lexus. Never had a single issue of any fashion. These people are unfair and should not be representing the Lexus brand. The whole point of buying a CPO vehicle is to know the car has been inspected and recondition to "just like new". The program is great if you buy from the right dealership. I made the mistake of buying form the wrong dealership. DON'T do the same. Buy somewhere else. More

Total Disrespect! Long story short - the sales mgr's as they are called are glorified salemen with out any supervision, and every bad rating has to be true? The ladies on the phone and behind the desk are working to reel in customer's to have their energy wasted by the incompetent sales crew. I dealted with Lisa in internet sales, she was GREAT, Brian Hendricks was great! The sales crew in help!!! I gave them a second chance - Steve was to call me after 2 pm, called at 1:55 pm and left his cell phone number, I called him three times and left messages, went up to dealership twice and left messages with no prevaile. This crew needs sales training from Autonation, which purchased the toyota dealership next store, with the owner - Jimmy Bryan being over 70 there has to be a lack of surpervision over the dealership.. I have a company of 45 employee's, and I can run the dealership better! I will run it for free for 12 months and double the sales and gain more respect in the repair shop that is so needed. The salemen have all the support needed not to fail, but they fail and disrespect everyone they can. Sad, very sad, I went to Lexus of Melbourne and purchased the car with no issues! Every company has complaint's but after three neighbors that drive Lexus and had issues from this dealership - I went to Lexus of Melbourne, as they did! You have to wounder what is going on with management if any????? When I called Lisa to complain she was appalled, she and others can only do so much, after all this dealershp has a full time employee to respond to the bad reviews unlike others. Im sure the dealershoip has good salemen, but after three trips I did not talk to any with great attitudes or professionalism. Good luck Lisa and Brain!! More
