Of course I’ve found Lexus to be a very reliable, luxury vehicle however it’s because of the quality service, friendly staff and knowledge sales rep (Steven Persaud) that keeps me going back. Not only, is Steven knowledgeable, he’s honest, never tries to sell me anything I don’t need and always works with me on price. Lexus of Orlando is usually less expensive than other Lexus dealerships however if you find a better price they will meet or beat it. As pictures were not currently available, Charles offered to go back, find the car, and sent a large amount of pictures. This provided this information needed when deciding to make the trip to view the car. And he did all of this very quickly. Upon seeing the vehicle, Charles continued to provide amazing service, arranging a technician to update the navigation system and keeping us up to date the entire time.
