He also took me on a behind-the-scenes tour of the Service Department, which assured me that Lexus of Orlando prides itself in first class service. Completing the purchase was a breeze. Christopher offered a fair trade-in price for my old car and Jose's efficiency got me out the door in less than 60 minutes.
