Jennifer Sedore from customer resolutions was very professional and kind addressing a concern that I had. Within ten minutes of hanging up a service manager named Jared had reached out to me. He as well was on point. I expressed my frustration and he agreed whole heartedly with me. I wasn't asking for anything except to bring it to there attention so that the next customer would have a better experience. He as well was very professional and attentive to my feelings. He thanked me for taking the time and gave me a oil change on the house. Without Jennifer and Jared's great customer service skills, I would have been a little unhappy. Not with the dealer ship, but with a tech who left his muddy boot prints all over my spotless mats. They went above and beyond to rectify the problem. More
