I have been leasing from Lia Toyota for 9 years now I went from a Prius which was the best car ever, I loved it but it was to small for my husband to get in with a bad back. Then I went to a RAV4 which I went from a Prius which was the best car ever, I loved it but it was to small for my husband to get in with a bad back. Then I went to a RAV4 which I also enjoyed. Finally I got a Sienna van I really liked that so much that I bought one this week. Joseph Harrigan Helped me get the one I wanted. I had to wait for it to come in but that was ok I had the lease still. He was a great help always answered my calls an all around good salesman. I just picked up my new Sienna this past Thursday. The only problem I have is I did not get two keys for it. I only got one and have to wait for the other one to come in. Over the years of bringing my vehicle into the shop for regular maintenance the experience has always been great. I’m always on time with appointments and they are done within an hour most of the time. They are also very pleasant. More

Every time we bring the car in for service they tell us something else should be done. It would be nice to just have the job done which was a headlight change under a 2 hour timeframe ( with an appointment something else should be done. Please avoid Lia Toyota service center. Have been servicing there for several years and it has gone down hill. Wait times you can usually add an hour or more to whatever they say. Last oil Have been servicing there for several years and it has gone down hill. Wait times you can usually add an hour or more to whatever they say. Last oil change with an appointment was 2.5 hours plus. Recently went for NY state inspection. Again wait time was 2.5 hours with an appointment. It was recommended to replace rear brakes being told they were metal on metal with no pad left and would be needed for NY inspection. NY safety inspection is the bare minimum for safety and only fails if brakes are metal on metal for brake pads. I rejected the work when they wanted $676 to replace the pads and rotors. I asked the advisor to double check that the brake pads actually failed because I had checked them 2 weeks before. In any case I changed the brakes when I got home so it could be re inspected. I found the brake pad in question had 2mm left of pad life that would be legal for NY state inspection. I still changed the pads because they were low but failing the vehicle because I chose not to do the work at there shop is not acceptable. They also said I could bring it back anytime to get re inspected when the repairs were made. However when I called I was told it would be a couple days to get an appointment and it could be a lengthy wait time again. I will bring my vehicles elsewhere for future repairs. More
