Worst experience I have had at a dealership all thanks to Sean O'Keefe. I don't know how he got a position as a Service Manager, but he is far from qualified. I had an issue with a charge on my bill and Sean Sean O'Keefe. I don't know how he got a position as a Service Manager, but he is far from qualified. I had an issue with a charge on my bill and Sean was nasty right from the beginning of our interaction. He was condescending, blamed me for the issue, said his employees could never make a mistake and gave me an ultimatum as a "resolution". This miserable man should not be managing a customer service based department, let alone work in customer service. I tried to contact the dealership owner and there was no response, so they clearly don't care or have standards. I have bought all my cars and serviced my vehicles here, and since this interaction, I will never give another cent to such a shameful company. Sean will continue to lose customers for the business as long as he is employed there. More

Our experience with Lia Toyota was very smooth. John Valikonis was easy to communicate with and made himself available at any time. Even though we were 3 hours away and had to do most of the deal John Valikonis was easy to communicate with and made himself available at any time.
