Brought my RAV4 in for tire rotation and oil change last week. Service was great, especially Marinda Tingley. From the time I bought my vehicle from this dealership I’ve been regretting it. The customer service is the worst, no matter what department it is, you have to take time off constantly and be hounding the I’ve been regretting it. The technicians need to be trained properly because they can’t diagnose a simple problem but then you get billed when they haven’t done anything. Service writer is ignorant and has little to no customer service skill, when you call you’re being transferred from one to the other and if you leave a voicemail it’s worse, no one get back to you. My car is under warranty and it’s like I have to keep begging them to get my car fixed. People say go to the dealer you won’t have the stress but I’m more stressed out now having to deal with this dealership. More
