This is the 3rd Toyota Kermit has sold to me but what was different this time is I leased instead of financed. Kermit work the numbers and explained how it worked. I walked out with the car in under 5 hours. With my first Camry having 100,000 miles and my second at 200,000; I trust I will have a Toyota for a long long time. Very pleased with Lia Toyota! At first I was not thrilled about the car buying experience. But once I started working with Adam and Brian at Lia, my perspective completely changed. At first I was not thrilled about the car buying experience. But once I started working with Adam and Brian at Lia, my perspective completely changed. Both were extremely accommodating, responsive, and willing to do all that was necessary to get a difficult to find vehicle. Then, once they found it, I was happy with the deal. On the day of purchase, Jason was very pleasant and helpful in talking about the protection options. No pressure at all! Lastly, after the purchase, Brian connected with me via text, which I didn’t expect but was pleasantly surprised. And when I told him about getting a nail in my tire after a week of driving, he said the Service team would take care of the patch at no cost. It’s one thing to work hard for the sale, but it’s another to care about the customer afterwards. Thanks Brian! Look forward to future business with Lia! More

Honestly, it scares the heck out of me and I hate when I have to face buying another vehicle. I am please to say, however, that the process of purchasing the RAV was quite different. The sales person, Tom Pottenburgh, was awesome. He is down to earth, a family man and he really knows the products. He wasn’t pushy and remained calm but efficient. There wasn’t a snag. Really great experience. I would and will recommend others to this dealership and will definitely suggest they ask for Tom. More

Matt went out of his way and did everything I asked and then some. Jason was no nonsense, answered all my questions thoroughly and got us out rather quickly. Brian Grady was in the most difficult position as I am resistant to most sales approaches. Brian made us feel as though we were buying and not being sold. He is a person of integrity, listened more than he spoke, therefore he knew where we needed to be, and would have blown up a pedometer had he been wearing one, and stayed well after closing to make it happen FOR US. All three are a credit to your organization and by the grace of God we will be loyal customers for many years to come. More
