Very pleased with Lia Toyota! At first I was not thrilled about the car buying experience. But once I started working with Adam and Brian at Lia, my perspective completely changed. At first I was not thrilled about the car buying experience. But once I started working with Adam and Brian at Lia, my perspective completely changed. Both were extremely accommodating, responsive, and willing to do all that was necessary to get a difficult to find vehicle. Then, once they found it, I was happy with the deal. On the day of purchase, Jason was very pleasant and helpful in talking about the protection options. No pressure at all! Lastly, after the purchase, Brian connected with me via text, which I didn’t expect but was pleasantly surprised. And when I told him about getting a nail in my tire after a week of driving, he said the Service team would take care of the patch at no cost. It’s one thing to work hard for the sale, but it’s another to care about the customer afterwards. Thanks Brian! Look forward to future business with Lia! More

Honestly, it scares the heck out of me and I hate when I have to face buying another vehicle. I am please to say, however, that the process of purchasing the RAV was quite different. The sales person, Tom Pottenburgh, was awesome. He is down to earth, a family man and he really knows the products. He wasn’t pushy and remained calm but efficient. There wasn’t a snag. Really great experience. I would and will recommend others to this dealership and will definitely suggest they ask for Tom. More

Matt went out of his way and did everything I asked and then some. Jason was no nonsense, answered all my questions thoroughly and got us out rather quickly. Brian Grady was in the most difficult position as I am resistant to most sales approaches. Brian made us feel as though we were buying and not being sold. He is a person of integrity, listened more than he spoke, therefore he knew where we needed to be, and would have blown up a pedometer had he been wearing one, and stayed well after closing to make it happen FOR US. All three are a credit to your organization and by the grace of God we will be loyal customers for many years to come. More

Amazing job I was with Lea Crysler for 4 years was not happy at all with the service. I wasn't gonna do business with Lea again. I came in to test drive a 2019 Avalon to purchase somewhere out of state. I really liked the sales rep Jason Stores and, they offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I was gonna get the XSE, but the color I liked was only on the touring model. I asked if they price match and they did plus took off 7k and gave me the touring for the price of XSE. I couldn't refuse it and , they convinced me to do business with them. I did and Jason went beyond to make sure I was happy. More

Lia Toyota of Colonie has been by far my favorite deal I’ve owned or leased 6 cars over the last 15 years. All but one we’re from Toyota dealerships. Lia Toyota of Colonie has been by far my favorite dealership to work with. I just leased a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla and couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle! Since my lease end was approaching, I emailed the dealership through their website with my requirements for my new car-monthly payment, gas mileage, models I liked, etc. Within minutes, I was contacted by a very friendly sales person who set me up with an appointment for the next day. I met with Bill Boland, who I’ve worked with to lease my last two cars. He had everything ready for me and within an hour found me the perfect car! Right price, features, color, everything and the best part was that since Bill knew I was a teacher on break this week, he had the car ready for me on the same day!! I came to Lia a few years ago after another Toyota dealer told me what I wanted was not possible. Lia Toyota listened then and offered me a bunch of options to get me into the car I wanted! I can’t recommend Lia Toyota enough to my friends and family! They’re customer service is always above and beyond! More
