First he is a real gentleman, courteous, respectful and very personable. He is also quite knowledgeable about his product. When I arrived at the dealership that day it was for an oil change but I left having purchased my new vehicle. I felt no pressure from Bill, quite different from the reputation given to car sales people. I felt that Bill was trustworthy and honest.
