In the last few months I have been going to Lia Toyota of Colonie for many years but only recently have had the top notch customer service I expected. In the last few months I started working with Andrew Kuhn to service both my 2010 and my husband's 2014 Prius's. Each visit with Andrew has been very pleasant and he has helped get really good value for my dollar which is important to me since I am retired. This Spring, I purchased two sets of Michelin tires through Andrew (one set for each car) and he made the process very easy and prompt. Andrew is always polite and professional and doesn't make me feel like I can't wait to get away from the dealership or that I've been treated like a woman who is difficult (I can be) or doesn't know anything. Andrew also went above and beyond in processing a Michelin Warranty for me and a Toyota warranty enhancement that was offered for the headlights of my 2010 Prius.
