I was there for a service appointment to get a safety recall completed on my Toyota Tacoma. Vanessa greeted me when I first arrived and got the process started, then Arthur took over from there. Both Vanessa and Arthur were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Arthur kept me informed periodically on the status of my truck while I was waiting. I am happy with the work done on my truck to correct the safety recall and there is a noticeable difference in break performance. I would like to thank Vanessa, Arthur, and the rest of the service team behind the scenes for taking good care of my truck and for the excellent service. Another Great Experience I recently visited Lia Toyota of Colonie for a service appointment on March 2, 2019. My service advisor was Arthur Palazzolo. Arthur was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed while at the dealership. I had scheduled this appointment because of a recall notice I recently received. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the recall taken care of that day, as a part needed to be ordered. I had scheduled this appointment online for the first time, so I had no way of knowing a part needed to be ordered until I arrived at the dealership. Even though I could not get the recall taken care of that day, I still had a great experience. Arthur informed me right away that a part needed to be ordered and had my vehicle brought back out to the front of the dealership so I could leave. I would like to thank Arthur for his assistance during the visit and I would highly recommend him. I look for to my next visit to get the recall taken care of as i'm sure the experience will be just as exceptional as my past experiences. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 🚨 🚨 Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT do business with these people. 🚨🚨 I’ve given them so many chances to redeem 🚨 🚨 Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT do business with these people. 🚨🚨 I’ve given them so many chances to redeem themselves and tried to be understanding. It’s not one bad apple, it’s all of them!! ?? They lied about how much the lease would be. Then when I came into take delivery on the vehicle the amount per month was more ?? when my mother purchased from you, you forgot the trailer hitch ??got called back to redo paper work because they messed up processing the lease and had to redo all over again. Was offered nothing for my trouble. ?? when a friend of mine bought the Tundra from you, you messed up the front bumper ?? When I dropped my car off for service and needed a shuttle ride to my job they left without me and were suppose to let me know when shuttle arrived. This made me late for work ??the Leased car I got last April already blew a headlight. Replaced it and the headlight went out AGAIN. Since it was a deeper issue with the whole headlight and not just a bulb they are now trying to get me for $600+ in repairs blaming it on me. ?? They say they will call back and never do. (Still waiting btw) 🚨🚨🚨they do not care about you once you make a purchase. 🚨🚨🚨Again do NOT do business. You will regret every bit of it. I can promise you that 🚨🚨🚨 More

Brent Livingston was straightforward and forthcoming with me during my buying time for a new Prius. His manner was respectful and he answered my concerns well. He is clearly knowledgeable about Toyota products. Now about LIA Toyota as a dealership: Please do not pressure customers as you did me by giving me "...until December 15th" to take advantage of a discount deal. I had to commit more than 2/3 of my entire yearly NET income! Just state that a discount is subject to "First come, first served."
