Phil Reilley, the excellent sales consultant whom I worked with, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained things carefully, thoroughly, and in a way that I could understand, and he made me comfortable and put me at ease. In addition, he was patient: When the particular car I wanted wasn't available on the lot, a search and order were done, and Phil kept me apprised of the car's status and of my options, even when I traveled out of the area for a few weeks. Once the car arrived and I made the purchase, he made sure that I understood all of the information presented to me. And, since my purchase, he's checked in to make certain I'm satisfied with the car and to see if I have any follow-up questions.
I also appreciate the work of sales consultant Ryan Rourke and business manager Connie Grabowski. Ryan helped me when Phil was not available, while Connie clearly and thoroughly explained the financing, service options, and paperwork. Connie was genuinely concerned with what my particular needs were and made what I thought would be a daunting part of the purchase of a car smooth and easy.
