"I am amazed!"

I had brought my 2017 Corrola IM back to the dealer today for something I had thought i would need to negotiate with the current GM, Lou Joseph. To my amazement, there was no negotiating required. I had sat down with Lou to explain my issue. He immediately made me feel comfortable talking to him. He totally understood my issue. Before I could say anything else his response was we will take care of it. I will have my maintenance manager Justin Prescott take pictures of the damage, He will arrange for an appointment to have it repaired. Here is another employee Justin who had made me feel comfortable setting me up for my appointment. There was a time that this dealership had made a bad rap for itself. I had second thoughts of buying my first new vehicle here. It is simply good for business to be treated the way you would expect to be treated if spreading the good word to others is of value for business. Very pleased of the attention I had received today. I will spread the word that Lia Toyota of Northampton, Ma. is very attentive to it's customers and will have you walking out with a smile. Mike Lipski, happy customer.

Lindsay was extremely helpful in laying out all the work that was to be done to my Land Cruiser. She was knowledgable, accurately estimated the costs, and kept me informed throughout the few days that the repairs were being made. I'd highly recommend working with her.

"The Sale After the Sale!"

I just wanted to thank Chris and the amazing business office at this dealership for quick call back and helping me out on the last day of the month, the craziest time for car dealerships, with a copy of a tax exempt form on a used car I had purchased at Lia Toyota of Northampton over 3 years ago. As I was stuck at the Mass Registry this past Friday, June 30th, taking the day off from work, to register this car, from out of state. I quickly realized after all the prep paperwork I had prepared, I was missing this important piece of information and I needed help with this issue. When I reached out to Lia Toyota, Chris was professional, patient and most helpful in our conversations. He was prompt in returning my call, reassuring me that the form was on its way, all happening on the busiest day of the month. I am grateful for the excellent customer service and the respect I received from this most professional sales manager and the dealership's valuable business office. I know that within the next 12 months I will be looking to buy a new car. After this experience, I cannot imagine going anywhere else but Lia Toyota. Thank you again Chris for all your help!

"Great Experience #3!"

All dealerships are not created equal! This was the 3rd time I brought my 2014 4Runner to Lia of Northampton to check out an unusual issue with the vehicle starting. Elvin Rodriguez took care of me (for the 2nd time). He listened to my explanation of the problem and effectively communicated to the technician. I was pleased with the outcome and feel confident the tech knows what was going on with my vehicle. Elvin went over and above when he picked me up from my place of employment with his own vehicle when the shuttle was late coming back into town. Now that's service! I want Elvin to take care of my servicing needs in the future! Thank you!

"Exceptional service"

I have always dreaded having to take my car in for service, even routine maintenance had me filled with dread because my experience was usually unpleasant. That has changed thanks to Lindsay Heart at Lia Toyota. She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain everything to me in language even I could understand, and went the extra mile to make sure my car could receive the parts it needed in a timetable that worked for me. She was friendly, funny, and efficient. And Lia Toyota did the work well and fast!

"Dirty Bootprints"

I had to get an inspection sticker from the Toyota dealer, When the car was returned it had Bootprints on my new carpet. If i put up a complaint.. I am sure they would vacuum it but I had another appointment. In the old days they used to put a paper mat down. Lia should think of small details like these.

"It's like having a relative in the business"

We have a 2008 Prius with just about 300,000 miles on it. Nothing major has ever gone wrong with it. When we bought it no one knew how long the hybrid battery and system would last. 100,000 miles was the speculation. At 300,000 miles we are still getting 42.3 MPG. Yes, it's a great car but I think the most important thing is preventive maintenance regimen that has been overseen by Lia's service consultant Lindsay Firmani. At every stage of our car's life cycle Lindsay has provided thoughtful advice and recommendations. Having a relationship with Lindsay is like having a relative in the business. We feel taken care of and safe.
