Excellent service received at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham Our 1998 Sienna van needed repair work on the rear door; the latch had failed so the door could not be opened. Ms. Patrick kept us up to date on the status of our service, calling with the cost estimate and time-frame of when the replacement part would arrive. She also called to let us know there would be a delay due to a town-wide power outage (Tropical Storm Isaias ) When the repairs (plus requested oil change and state inspection sticker) were completed, we were promptly called. Payment processing and vehicle pickup went smoothly. Employees and customers were wearing masks, and there was ample hand disinfectant available throughout the area.
