My service from George in the service department was exemplary. He graciously accommodated my Highlander into his schedule despite not being able to make an appointment the previous day. I do however need to return on another day to resolve the grinding noise that is coming from my rear brakes when the car is backing up. After the $300 brake cleaning and adjustment it still needs some attention. I do hold McGee Toyota in high regard, and I remain especially impressed the affable and professional service that I received from George in the Service Department. He is one of your company’s biggest assets. Thank you!

We just purchased our second truck from Bristol Toyota because of Alex Shtutin. We bought our 1st truck 7 yrs. ago from Alex. We liked his low key way of sales. He made us comfortable. He was and is very knowledgeable and professional. In August, Alex called to wish my husband a happy birthday. So nice. That is when we decided to go see Alex and buy a new truck. Alex goes that little extra! We also enjoyed meeting a new employee. I do not remember her name, but she guided us through the warranties. She has been with Bristol for a month. Tasca presents a low pressure environment and an incredibly efficient operation. I first contacted them online and was greeted by Sasha. She was patient as I weighed my options with other dealerships, and very responsive to all my questions. We agreed on a price before I came in for a test drive. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Ted from the sales team. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very chill during the whole process. He let me go for a test drive on my own which I appreciated very much. No tricks. They presented me the numbers we agreed upon. I bought my car the same day. Steven made the finance experience quick and painless. Total time on site was a little over two hours including the test drive. I picked the car up three days later. It was clean and ready to go. Jessica was kind enough to give me a walkthrough of the tech and was very informed on the app setup process. Overall, this was easily my best car buying experience. I highly recommend them especially if you can agree on a price you are comfortable with before you go in.
