I was on a cross-country trip and needed routine periodic maintenance on my vehicle. Liberty was closest to where I was staying and able to get me in without an appointment, perform the maintenance and get maintenance on my vehicle. Dropped car on Thursday morning and that afternoon was told it needed to stay one more day. Friday at 3pm when i called it still had not even been looked at by anyone and i needed my car back. @ days an told it needed to stay one more day.
