They accommodated me and did the work within a couple hours (I always drop off the vehicle and take the dealer shuttle to work and get picked up at end of day)... The only issue was the estimate was a lot lower that the actual work performed so that was disappointing (even with a coupon)... Some of the prices are quite high but that is typical for a dealership... More

2018 Honda Fit After the recent demise of my 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid, I wasted no time in going back to Liberty Honda in order to purchase my third straight Honda fr After the recent demise of my 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid, I wasted no time in going back to Liberty Honda in order to purchase my third straight Honda from them (also bought a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid). I was saddened to learn that Honda no longer carried Civic Hybrids, so decided to purchase a Honda Fit. This turned out to be something of a problem. Since my car was dead, I needed a new car pronto and Honda Fits were scarce in Connecticut. Liberty was able to secure a 2018 model from another dealership, however, in order to close this swap, they needed to hear from the other dealership which Honda they wanted in return. This simple transaction took 15 days to complete. And there simply is no excuse for two dealerships to take this long. To Liberty's credit, knowing my job relied on transportation, they provided me a loaner car to tide me over. Other than the wait, the rest of the purchase was nearly flawless. More
