I only came in for an oil change service and it was done satisfactorily. I was disappointed when I drove up the day prior expecting to get walk-in service only to be notified that isn't accepted and I had t satisfactorily. I was disappointed when I drove up the day prior expecting to get walk-in service only to be notified that isn't accepted and I had to schedule an appointment. I loved the attention to detail when washing my vehicle! I appreciate the use of technology to see the status of my vehicle but because of the fast movement of the recorder and lack of enunciation, I couldn't even tell what was being shown to me. Having an older vehicle(2012), the cost of a simple clip on my filter holder was estimated at over $40 which seems outrageous. More
