Staff ignored me when I drove to the service entrance and I waited 10 to 15 minutes before they moved the cars inside to make room for me. Poor customer service which NEVER happens at Hoffman Honda!! I was driving far from home with my family and dogs on a cold, snowy day when my check engine light started flashing. I stopped in at Liberty Honda and they told me to bring the car inside, they would look cold, snowy day when my check engine light started flashing. I stopped in at Liberty Honda and they told me to bring the car inside, they would look at it right away. Chloe was great! She made us feel comfortable while we waited for the repair to be done and kept us updated every step of the way. In a couple of hours the car was ready and we were on our way.
