I was happy with my car and this dealership at first. But I brought my car in to see if they could help with a peeling paint problem, despite it being a few months out of warranty. They initially refuse But I brought my car in to see if they could help with a peeling paint problem, despite it being a few months out of warranty. They initially refused but I called Honda of North America and they told me to bring it back to the dealership to have it checked out and the results sent to the regional manager to see if she would agree to make good on it.. I've brought it in four times now, including a last visit to have the bodywork checked out and estimated. I waited two or three months just for that appointment, and now its been 2 or 3 months since that visit and no word. Meanwhile my 6 year old car sits there peeling like an onion. I used to love my Honda. Now I just feel sick everyone I get in it. This dealership has done nothing but jerk me around and leave me hanging. More
