My experiences with the service department for this vehicle and my other Honda, a 20111 Accord have been very satisfactory. I would have given a Liberty Honda more stars except for the fact that when I vehicle and my other Honda, a 20111 Accord have been very satisfactory. I would have given a Liberty Honda more stars except for the fact that when I was in the market for my current Honda, I had a less than satisfactory experience with the sales team to put it mildly. I ended up going to another dealer because of this experience, I am not sure, if I ever have the occasion to shop for another Honda, if I will patronize the sales department. The service team however, is top notch, professional and courteous. More

My oil change took 2 hours which has never happened to me before. I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and never received it.
