Chloe was great, very helpful and responsive the whole time. I’m disappointed in the service overall since my brake caliper wasn’t actually replaced when it was supposed to be and I paid for it. It’s just more hassle, particularly with how expensive service is at the dealership. Your service advisor, James Lanza was very uncaring. When my car was done he didn’t have the decency to let me know my car was ready.James just sat my paperwork in the window and left.
